Yes I do ship most items internationally using a process called "Standard International". I have chosen to use Standard International for oversea customers so that it will be more affordable for the buyer without breaking the bank. Standard International could take up to 9 Business days to be shipped overseas but most customers have received items a sooner than expected.
I need to also say, do expect slight delays in shipping for UK or International due to Covid 19 complications.
If you have made an order with me and there was an issue with shipping ie "Incorrect address" or "Address not found" then I will contact you via email to inform you of the issue. However, if you fail to respond to the issue to be resolved (after a reasonable time frame) then your order will be refunded but *excluding shipping. The reason behind this is because the items may have a shelf life and/or another customer missed the opportunity to make the purchase of your items and therefore now will be discounted for resale and shipping will contribute towards loss of value. If an item has not been delivered to your address and is agreed that the item is decided as "Lost" then a refund can be made but not including postage. This is due to the issue being with the currier and not MBS, as soon as your parcel is collected then its the curriers responsibility.
I am alway open to customers requests and will try my best to meet buyers needs. If you would like something added or altered to your products then I am sure I can help you in some way regarding this.
I would also like to add that what i make and sell is in your best interest so if majority of requests for a certain item is made then I will do my best to get that item available.
All candles should be taken care appropriately, Candles are to be kept away from flammable materials and drafts to avoid fires. It is important to keep lit candles out of reach from children and pets at all times.
Any Candles that contain Gemstones i advise you to take them off the Candle top to avoid possible damages to the Gems when exposed to heat.
Any Candles that contain Gemstone Chips are perfectly safe to leave in the Candle as they can adjust to temperatures quicker and or less likely to break compared to larger stones.
Yes and no. My Reed Diffuser oils and not pleasent to ingest even though they are Eco friendly, these are not a consumable product! I do have animals myself and they have had no reactions to the smells of these oils. But if your pet is over sensitive to fragrances and purfumes then i would advise not to have these in areas where your animal is often around and away from reach from both children and pets.
If your Pet does react due to smell or touch of said products then discard the product immediately and contact your local Vets for further advice.
Due to the Royal Mail strikes some parcels might be delayed.
So far no issues have occurred regarding these strikes but we always keep an eye on when Royal Mail are and aren't available for collections.
Depending on your area of residence some Mail staff may differ is availability so this might cause 1-2 day delay with deliveries.
